Gyalia Karfia is an album by popular Greek artist Katy Garbi. It was released in 1990 by CBS Records Greece. It was released on CD for the first time in 1992, under the Columbia label as a joint package with 1989's ''Prova''. It was re-released separately on CD in 1996.
